We take our role as an employer very seriously and the personal development of each and every employee is high on our list of priorities. We therefore have a rolling programme co-ordinated by our Human Resources Department to help further the skills of our current employees.

R. N. Wooler and Co. Ltd. are also great believers in training for the future, and have constantly through the years given back to the industry by taking on approximately 10% of our workforce as apprentices. Each apprentice is allocated to a relevant skilled tradesman to work with on site, as we feel that this supplements the CITB accredited training taught at college and makes for a more rounded individual.
