This inner city pub in the centre of Keighley was desperately in need of revitalisation and R N Wooler, with their long standing experience in the refurbishment of public houses, were approached with the brief of creating a small state of the art night club in the heart of Keighley town centre.
An extensive refurbishment scheme was undertaken involving the full strip out of the building, complete renewal of the interior fittings and fixtures, new bespoke bars and the installation of a state of the art lighting and sound suit. The works also included the construction of an additional ‘quiet’ drinking area on the 1st floor of the property, where the party could continue at a slower more relaxed pace.
Upon completion, the K2 opened to great fanfare, becoming one of the highlights the clubbing scene in Keighley.
