We are fully committed to furthering every individual that we employ. Accordingly, we offer a rolling programme, co-ordinated by our Human Resources Department, to assist in developing the skills of our current employees.
R N Wooler hold training for the future in extremely high regard, and over the past three decades we have contributed significantly to the industry by taking on approximately 10% of our workforce as apprentices. Each apprentice is allocated to a relevant skilled tradesman to work with on site, as we feel that this supplements the CITB accredited training taught at college and makes for a more rounded individual. We are extremely proud that, thus far, 100% of our apprentices have chosen to continue their employment with us following completion of their training.
