Our works were undertaken over three phases and Phase 1 comprised of refurbishment works to all 6 rooms on the second floor. A full strip-out of the bedrooms was required in order to achieve the high specification desired.

All new bathrooms and showers were fitted to the rooms and our works were undertaken whilst the Hotel was still open to the public.

Phase 2 comprised of alterations to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. As each room was unique we had to be thorough in our approach and ensure that every detail was covered.

Phase 3 involved the internal alteration of the Hotel to create 6 new bed- rooms, 4 of which were guest and 2 of which would be used for the staff. The works included making good ceilings, walls and floors.
