The project required demolition of the majority of the existing property, followed by an extensive programme of rebuilding to the clients high specification, which included the construction of new subterranean cinema, gym and sound studio.

The house was built around a state of the art integrated control system, which allowed control of every aspect of the building, from sound system/audio visual distribution, to control of lighting and window blinds. A ground source heat pumping system had been installed as part of the heating system to the property.

In addition, the surrounding grounds to the property were extensively developed, with foundations, an amphitheatre, bespoke timber stores and a pool.
