Situated in the centre of Leeds, our works involved the refurbishment of 147 bedrooms and various corridors all over 5 floors in the Grade II listed hotel. To bring the bedrooms up to standard, we installed new fitted furniture and re-decorated to a high specification, including feature walls. New carpet was also laid throughout.

All of this work was undertaken whilst the hotel was still running and being used by the public, so we had to undertake measures to minimise disruption and work closely with management. We issued weekly newsletters to keep all updated with our progress and what areas we would be working on.
