This project, procured competitively via a two stage tender process, involved the creation of large extension along with infill to the existing bakery facility.
A traditional industrial construction, we combined many of our directly employed tradesmen for groundworks, drainage, masonry and concrete in combination with specially selected and trusted subcontractors to achieve both budget and programme along with high praise from our client.
There were also a significant number of client direct specialist trades that were managed by ourselves during the construction phase and indeed such was the trust that our client placed in us, we were maintained as Principal Contractors to oversee the machinery fit out phase that followed.
What resulted is the largest and most modern bakery installation in Europe over the last 20 years.
