The Fresh Look project at the WMS Cheadle Store comprised of alterations to the existing superstore sales floor areas including bulkheads, redecoration works to customer and staff toilets, replacement of entire sales floor ceiling, upgrade of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration installations including reconfiguration of refrigeration and HVAC services. Works also included the redecoration of staff areas and cleaning and redecoration to store.

Externally works included the construction of a new base to support a new totem.
