The scheme required the demolition of existing extensions to the property, as well as the entire 1st floor accommodation. These were then reconstructed with an additional commercial kitchen extension.
This was followed by a complete internal fit out to form a new restaurant, bar, kitchen, staff and guest accommodation areas. In addition, a new car park and access road with extensive associated landscaping was undertaken.
The restaurant was renamed ‘The Manor House’ upon completion.
